I've come to the conclusion that I really am glad that I have the friends I have. I think i've done a really good job on the people i've chosen to trust and be close to me. I've come to the fact that I really only like a handful of the friends I have. Being with Shana, Kristin and Molly tonight at True Love Cafe talking about our past 6 years together and friendships and reminiscing about past events and events that have taken place now. I now know that my past friends hate me for stupid petty things that I did today and they need to move on. I'm actually glad I separated myself from my "best friends" in middle school, the only thing they would of done today was hold me back and be boring. The friends I have chosen for myself today and forever are far from boring and are exciting and full of life. If I could write something for each of them then this blog would be long, just not because that handful would contain a million people, it wouldn't, but because i would have to write so much for each of them. This is for you, the handful that I see on a regular basis, talk with all the time, hangout with all the time and just talk with all the time. I hope you know who you are.

What what, christmas is on tuesday. I spent too much on gifts. I love christmas. I should go to church but i cant sit through those ridiculous sermons. I'm not going to LA anymore for new years, sad. but whatever. I need something to do on new years! unless i just sit home and sleep which is what this break is for!. The 2nd semester of school is coming upon me and I need to study for finals. A foreign exchange student is also staying with me for the 2nd semester, Nicolas from Chile. 16 years old, i'll put 5 dollars down that my friendships will triple -___-''

Madison and I attended Jojo's 17th birthday party/Senior Girls Party(?) at the Mexican-American Hall of Fame. They had one? Apparently. It was fun, I did there music, but I guess ghetto people do not like a crystal castles song? Weird. LOL. But it was alot of fun, we danced and danced and danced.

I need a change of scenery

Sure everyone says it, but no one goes through with it. I need to get out of this city. Nothing is being offered for me here. I live a fast paced life and Sacramento just isnt keeping up with me and I am not enjoying it. A lot of stuff has happened lately, I went to Maui for thanksgiving. I had my 18th birthday bash. I have alot of photos but I just dont have time to upload and scan and resize and edit. I know I should do it, but I just dot have any time. Christmas is coming upon me and I am very excited for it. 3 weeks until break, and my body needs it. It is completely drained and cannot handle anymore. I am going to LA for New Years Eve with Mariah and Emmet and we're staying at Allie's. I am very excited about that too.

I need a change of scenery. Take me to nightlife LA.

oh n-n-n-n-no i got some shit to say. across the universe is good. fuck all the haterz.
on the weekend of october 5th mariah and i took the train to LA for detour.
Train to bakersfield. bus to union station. Allie then picked us up and we slept at her house.

The following morning consisted of urban oufitters. free people and crepes. then we took metro to Detour Music Festival. i do believe we classified it as, urban outfitters palooza, american apparel bananza and high waisted crazy. it was a lot of fun. alot of QTz. ed banger set was so much fun 4 hours of dancing to great music with great people. then at 9 was justice, i dont think words could describe how much fun they were i met some cool people. they were tiightt. then ed banger guys did more so. by them i mean busy p, dj mehdi, so me, kavinsky, sebastien, mehdi and what not. we then took the metro home and got to her house at about 2am. on the sunday we went shopping some more, the beach and off to sacramento mariah and i went. the trip back was faster then the trip there. I want to do it again soon. Very very soon.





We also saw kinky and cool kids. they were very cool and we love kinky.:D
On october 13th was "A BIG PARTY" and it was A LOT OF FUN. Emily, Laura and I went. It was worth the drive. Alot of people i knew were there and new people i met that i will be seeing soon. It was ffun. Hella people dancing in a small confined room to justice, chromeo and all the other good tunes. I loved it. Another one next month. Good 3 weeks so far. :DD

Oye oye oye oye. School started. Lets count down until it ends shall we? The only highlight of this month was Treasure Island Music Festival. Saturday saw M.I.A. DJ Shadow & Cutchemist. KINKY. Gotan Project. Thievery Corporation and some others. Then i went back on Sunday with shana and saw Au Revoir Simone. Sea Wolf. M. Ward and a few others and Shana and I met ARS. They are so nice and cute. We also went backstage and hung out back there, and chatted with the girls of au revoir simone. even nicer then ever there haha :] hella chill. played some ping-pong and watched some built to spill from the back. I am designing a full line right now and is set to be released in the winter-time. Mid-December i am thinking. It's going to be nice. I think. In october we find out who we are hosting, im incredibly excited for he or she, whoever, to come stay with us! But mainly the month of September has been alright. 50% good 50% shit. I'm excited for my 18th birthday on November 13th. I cant find a place to have it at. I'm starting to give up all hope on it. Maybe I'll have it in December? I don't know. -_-


October 6th-DeTour Music Fest, Downtown LA.

Cliche, cliche, cliche and cliche. This is where i recap and spill my feelings about my summer '07. It's true that's what's going to happen! This summer as been the best summer ever. I entered it with high hopes and left it with fulfilled hopes. I left it with 14 new friends that are like family. I left it with a home in France. I left it with new friends and broken friendships. Photos that will capture this summer are as follows, captions are a no.
The first week of summer was so much fun, I saw everyone that I wanted to see before I left for lovely Paris. But there were some people that I wanted to see that I didn't see because they didn't put any effort in.









Then came leaving for the Paris, France.....Quite the ordeal if I did say so myself. 4 hour delay to NYC...shitty college dorm in Queens...Humid, rainy weather...in NYC. and group activities..in NYC. The flight there was alot of fun. I shouldn't go into detail about EVERY DAY THERE but when we got there WE FELT LIKE WE WERE ORPHANS BEING RAFFLED OFF TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER! hahaha, am I wrong? or right? guys. I do believe that we became an incredibly close knit group of friends..like a winter sweater. We did so much stuff there. But the first day there was incredibly long and tiring. I got to the house met Edouard and went straight to bed after Natalie showed me around the house. Then was woken up at 9pm for Edouards birthday dinner/small gatherings party. I almost passed out. I was up until about 2am. -_-, it was fun though!:D. But with the group of wonderful people from the USA we did everything from La Tour Eiffel, Musee D'Orsay, Le Louvre, Versailles, Foutainbleu, all of the major monuments in Paris and I also went to Brussels, Belgium. I have the metro down too. I love the RER and the people that ride it. Apparentally people though I was from France because alot of people asked me how to use it. So many jokes were made in Paris with this group that will be remembered forever "I'm not coming to the fashion capital of the world broke!" Thank's Tierra. "I ride dem cheeks like a motacycle" Ohh Abdul. Gwens wonderful hair and Carolynn and Gwens matching shoes. Liz's host sister...erg. Liz was so quiet most of the time ,"Ssh everyone Liz is speaking!!!". Claire and I are music twins, f'reallzzz. Leaving them was incredibly sad and horrible D: but I know i'll see them soon.










Coming back was shitty. But it had to happen. I didn't waste anytime to seee my friends, the first friend I saw was Evann Whitelamb :) then Mariah, Paola, Gloria, Gigi, Clarissa. That was really nice then I went to a movie with Molly. I saw everyone I wanted to see this Summer. Except my best friend Molly Pease. I saw her a total of 3 times this summer, who knew that was possible. I didn't. I had a dinner party. Went to a party at Emily Rose's.















Movies at Tower. Labyrinth at Crest with Kistin and Lucca. Biking. Getting my bike stolen. Buying a new city bike. Loud music. Fast cars. Who's your daddy? La Vie En Rose. 2 Days in Paris. Edith Piaf. Many a songs hold a special place in my heart for this summer. Milord-Edith Piaf. D.A.N.C.E.-Justice. The Night Starts Here-Stars. Oh My God-Mark Ronson. Summer In The City-The Lovin' Spoonful. Can I Get Get Get-Junior Senior and many more songs. The last night of summer was fun Zena and I drove up to Cady Drells house which was a goal of mine this Summer and it was fulfilled.


This school year is going to be good.

what i am getting at with this blog is that this summer has been amazing. Everyone that was apart of it no matter what i love you and you are amazing to me. I have changed so much this summer and i believe its for the better no matter what. I do believe that these next months will define what kind of person i will be for the rest of my life, or tleast a few extra years. I don't think there was a single moment of this summer that was too hard to deal with, beside leaving my french family and my new best friends from all over the country, and somewhat world? I hope to see them in the coming months, one in the coming weeks! Im suprised i had such a good memory of this summer, weird! weird! weird weird weird! considering my past posts have had me just stopping abd syaing, "look, i dont remember anything" :]
