Skulls Skulls Skulls

Recently I have been absolutely obsessed with Skulls. I don't know what it is, or why. It could be a side effect of my wearing of black and white for the past 3 weeks. Or just, that skulls are wonderful!

Right now, I am cutting skulls out of everything. Gold metallic leggings, shirts, jackets, pants. EVERYTHING! I need help I think...

I dont like my hair neat, I dont like my hair neat.

The fashion show last weekend went incredibly well, of course i'm going to be bias and say my outfits were the best.

At the show, one of the designers for Velvet Leaf was wearing one of the most amazing hats ever! The texture of it was what I could not get over. It was so unbelievably cute!

After the show, Camilla and I went to Naked lounge and met up with Mariah and Gloria. Camillas outfit was, as it always is, to die for. She wore slashed tights from the show paired with a Diane von Frustenberg dress and a silver sequin jacket and black chiffon made into a headwrap, thanks to me.

We ended up spending our time at a party at MOMs house. It was good times. Then we met up with Alexis.

Saturday night/sunday morning were good times.

Monday afternoon I spent my day in doors making cupcakes from the "Sprinkles" cupcake mix I purchased at William-Sonoma. They were Red Velvet with Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting.

At 9:00 pm I will be featuring 4 outfits in the Sacramento French Film Festival Fashion show. I should be a really good time, if i do say so myself! You can buy tickets at the box office of the Crest Theatre for $10.00 and that allows you a ticket for the entire day/night.

Prior to the movie you can watch the movie Lola Montes, here is a clip of the movie. Should be a really fun time!

Recent Obsession 2.0

I don't know what it is about "The Kooples" but, I am thoroughly enjoying every last bit of it! I think it may just be the way they advertise themselves, in every ad they show a  real life couple in their clothes and what not! 

So simple, but genius! and their clothes are very clean and well made.

Also, go out and get your hands on Sonic Youths new cd, "The Eternal." My cd for the Summer.

Spending much too much time thinking about just who it is that I believe is one of the greatest designers out there, and I do think that it could just be Maison Martin Margiela. His design aesthetic is so solid and what he portrays in each collection is so well thought out, that is it absolutely disgusting. Keep on keeping on Margiela! I will always love you!

Tomorrow I am going to San Francisco with Clarissa and I do believe he needs to join my closet finally.
